Privacy Policy for Paystub Generator

Last Updated: September 10, 2026

East Frisia LLC built the Paystub Generator app as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by East Frisia LLC and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.

Depending on the app and the features you use, we collect some or all of the following:

  • Account information — an email address and password if you create an account, or an anonymous account identifier if you use the app without signing up.
  • App content and activity — the content you create or enter in the app and your usage of its features (for example study progress, answers, saved items, settings, or generated results), so that it can be stored, synced, and shown back to you.
  • Purchase information — subscription and purchase status, so paid features can be unlocked on your devices.
  • Device and usage data — device type, operating system version, app version, language, country, approximate region derived from IP address, crash reports, and which screens and features are used.
  • AI feature input — text (and, in some apps, images) you submit to an AI-powered feature, so that a response can be generated.

Third-Party Service Providers

The app uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. Not every app uses every provider; depending on the app and the features you use, some or all of the following process data on our behalf. Links to the privacy policy of each provider:

App platforms and purchases

  • Apple App Store — app distribution and in-app purchases on iOS
  • Google Play Services — app distribution and in-app purchases on Android
  • RevenueCat — subscription and purchase management

Backend, accounts, and data storage

  • Convex — application database, accounts, and sync
  • Supabase — application database, accounts, and sync

Analytics and crash reporting

  • PostHog — product analytics
  • Sentry — crash and error reporting

Marketing attribution

  • AppsFlyer — install and campaign attribution
  • Apple Search Ads — campaign attribution

AI features

  • OpenRouter — routes AI requests to model providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google

Email

  • Resend — transactional email such as password resets and support requests
  • Postmark — support and account-deletion request email

AI Features

Some apps include AI-powered features (for example an AI tutor, assistant, generator, or solver). When you use such a feature, the text or images you submit, together with the related app content needed to answer, are sent to an AI model provider through OpenRouter to generate a response. We use this data only to provide the feature to you. We do not use your inputs to train AI models. Please do not enter sensitive personal information (such as financial account numbers, health details, or government identifiers) into AI features. AI responses may be inaccurate and are provided for informational purposes only.

Purchases

Payments are processed by Apple or Google. We never receive your payment card details. RevenueCat receives purchase receipts and transaction data from the app stores so that your subscription status can be verified and restored across your devices.

Analytics and Attribution

We use analytics and crash-reporting services to understand how the app is used and to fix problems. We use install-attribution services to measure which marketing campaigns lead to installs. We do not request permission to track you across other companies' apps and websites, and we do not sell your personal information.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device.

Data Retention and Account Deletion

We keep your account and app data for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account and its associated data at any time:

  • In the app: open Settings and choose Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and the data stored with it from our backend.
  • On the web: submit a request at eastfrisiallc.com/delete-account or email support@eastfrisiallc.com from the address linked to your account.

Deletion cannot be undone. Purchase records held by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat, and aggregated analytics that no longer identify you, may be retained where required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@eastfrisiallc.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

Security

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

This policy is effective as of 2026-09-10
